Ventura Historical Resources Evaluation

BCR Consulting LLC conducted a cultural resources records search, additional research, and pedestrian field survey to record and evaluate the historic-period Elsie Meiners House in the City of Ventura, Ventura County, California. The survey was carried out by a BCR Architectural Historian and the house was documented on DPR523 site records, and evaluated for California Register of Historical Resources listing eligibility (i.e. CEQA significance). The report was successfully completed according to City requirements.
