BCR Consulting LLC conducted a cultural resources assessment in Tahoma, El Dorado County, California, for a proposed GPS antenna installation. The assessment included a cultural resources records search and a systematic pedestrian field survey. The resulting report was completed pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) of 1966 (as amended; 1992), and its implementing regulations, 36 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 800. For the purposes of this project, Section 106 requirements are specified in the Nationwide Programmatic Agreement for Collocation of Wireless Antennas and the Nationwide Programmatic Agreement for Review of Effects on Historic Properties for Certain Undertakings Approved by the Federal Communications Commission Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. Reports were successfully completed and received concurrence from the California State Historic Preservation Officer.
